My name is Leslie Madrid. I am an instructional designer and eLearning developer with a passion for making innovative learning for my clients. I believe training should be engaging and use the most up to date tools to develop my courses that reflect that belief. My designing process follows the ADDIE/SAM models in which I work with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to design the best learning solution to accomplish the organizational goals of my clients. My learning solutions are guided by data gathered through conducting learner analysis and needs assessments in order to get specific learning objectives that are used to craft creative and effective learning.
